Butunì is a traditional Aleatican wine made with a controlled fermentation and a short permanence on the skin. The refinement is made in steel barrels to highlight the aromatic characteristic of the vineyard.

WINEMAKING: Carefully monitored temperature, maceration on the skin for about 7 days, with a delestage and three manuals pumping over every day.
